The program will also provide practical options for implementation within your unique facility setting. This Seminar will be held at Saint Francis Home, Worcester on February 25th. Behavior Management Program.
In the long term care setting, residents with dementia may find it difficult to adapt to their environment. They may exhibit behaviors that challenge the care givers. The issue facing the team is how best to manage behaviors when they prevent a resident from participating in activities of daily living or become disruptive to the lives of others. Using standards of practice and the ABC methodology, this program assists the interdisciplinary team in honoring the rights of the individual resident while managing problem behaviors. This Seminar will be held at Saint Francis Home, Worcester on March 10th. Click HERE for more details.
