March
18, 2005 - Landmark Health Solutions, a long-term care management
and consulting firm, signed a 3-year contract with the Odd Fellows of
Massachusetts to manage its 100-bed, skilled nursing home located in
Worcester, Mass.
Partnering
with Landmark Health is a great move for us, said Clarence Plant,
Odd Fellows Home Board member. With Landmark's intellectual capital
we'll be able to seize many opportunities that will allow our operation
to grow and ultimately expand our mission of serving the elderly.
The Odd
Fellows Home is an extension of the organization's mission to provide
care for sick and distressed seniors. The home opened in 1892 and today
provides skilled nursing care, both short- and long-term respite care
and rehabilitative care to all elderly in need. In 1990 a new 100-bed
facility was opened.
The
Odd Fellows Home has a rich and distinguished history of service to
the elderly, said John Albert, Principal of Landmark Health Solutions.
We are excited to work with the clinical and administrative staff
to build upon the infrastructure and continue its rich tradition and
service.
