Anne M. Cabral, Director, Therapeutic Recreation & Behavioral Services
Ms. Cabral brings to Landmark sixteen years of experience in Therapeutic Recreation and Alzheimer and Dementia program development. At Landmark she is responsible for Therapeutic Recreation regulatory compliance and program development in all of the Landmark owned and managed facilities. A seasoned educator, Ms. Cabral provides training in the areas of managing challenging behaviors and creative program design. Prior to joining Landmark, Ms. Cabral specialized in the start up and design of multiple Dementia Units and Activity Programs for Hillhaven, Beverly, Care Matrix and the Diocese of Fall River. She has earned a Master of Creative Arts in Teaching, with a focus on Dementia as well as a Post-Graduate Degree (C.A.G.S.) in the Interdisciplinary Studies of Counseling Psychology and Dementia from Fitchburg State College. She was also accepted into the Doctoral Program at Salve Regina, studying Alzheimer Unit and Program Design. As a Landmark Consultant, Ms. Cabral also provides consulting services and training in the areas of Therapeutic Recreation, Dementia Units and Behavior Management Programs.
Peg Vannella, Director, Business Office Operation
Ann Marie Kelly, R.D., Director, Nutritional Services
Ms. Kelly's twenty-year career as a clinical dietitian includes experience in acute-care hospitals, subacute services, and long-term care. She is responsible for monitoring regulatory compliance and cost effectiveness of the Clinical Nutrition and Dietary Programs at all Landmark facilities. Her clinical consulting capabilities include nutritional assessments, food service production, and budgeting, as well as creating and implementing menus/diet manuals, clinical systems, policies/procedures, and plans of correction. Prior to joining the Landmark staff, she served in senior management positions at Welch Healthcare and Retirement Group, Logan Healthcare Management Group, and Hillhaven Corporation. Ms. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition from Framingham State College.
Jackie Rougeau, Vice President, Rehabilitation Services
Ms. Rougeau joined Landmark Health Solutions in early 2007 as Corporate Director of Rehabilitation Services for the affiliated entity LandView Therapy Resources, LLC. She is responsible for the oversight of therapy services at all Landmark-owned and managed facilities. Her expertise includes PPS management, therapy operational systems, staff education, and performance improvement. Previously she worked as Rehabilitation Services Director at Optimum Rehab and later became Regional Manager, with responsibility for six long-term care facilities in western Massachusetts. In addition, Ms. Rougeau co-owned and operated Bluestone Rougeau Rehab LLC and J. Rougeau Rehab, Inc.
Linda Senecal, Director of Marketing, Census and Admissions
A member of the Landmark staff since 2004, Ms. Senecal has marketing experience in long-term care, acute rehabilitation, and assisted living services. As Director of Marketing at Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital, she increased admissions by more than 30 percent within six months of her arrival, and was promoted to Vice President of Marketing. At SunBridge Healthcare, she was Regional Marketing Director and later Vice President of Marketing and Sales for the Northeast Division. In that position, Ms. Senecal supervised one hundred marketing professionals and was responsible for census development in fifty-seven skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and acute rehabilitation hospitals in six states. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Public Health from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in health care from Boston University.
