Landmark & Affiliates ("Landmark"), located in Haverhill, Massachusetts, is a New England based owner, operator and management services provider specializing in the Seniors Housing & Care Industry. Founded in 1992, Landmark is a leading industry provider in New England with heightened market recognition for its competencies in the long-term care sector. Landmark is particularly noted for its reputational history and expertise in turnaround management - extending to emphasis in clinical and operational management support, reimbursement, regulatory compliance, rehabilitative services and financial performance improvement.
The early operational history of Landmark evolved predominately as a third party management and consulting services provider. More recently, Landmark has concentrated on developing its own property interests through opportunistic purchase and lease / purchase prospects. The extensive operating resources of Landmark present an ideal platform to leverage proven capabilities and market presence in achieving strategic and controlled growth.
The primary organizational structure of Landmark is represented by Landmark Management Solutions (Management Services). Other affiliate entities include Landview Therapy Resources (Therapy) - providing therapy services and rehabilitation program management with emphasis in clinical reimbursement; and Landstone Staffing (Recruitment) - providing key employment recruitment, placement and career development services. The property ownership interests affiliated with Landmark are organized as facility specific realty and operating business entities (Bentley Realty Group and Bentley Health Group). The current ownership of Landmark (including all of its affiliate holdings) is represented by a single principal owner who, along with two other former principal owners, acquired the complete interests and reorganized the company in early 2007 in connection with consummating a plan of succession for a founding principal. This plan allowed for the continuity of key management personnel.
